This caller somehow caused my phone to freeze up so no one else could get through. I have a setup where unknown numbers go straight to voicemail, but this time it seems they started to leave a message and then stopped, leaving my answering machine stuck on. The voices sound like they're from a call centre, probably in the Philippines. It’s really frustrating. There should be a way to stop foreign calls being routed through local numbers unless the companies behind them are properly checked out first. Something has to be done about this!
