Greetings, folks! I’m one of those unfortunate souls who gets to bear the brunt of your displeasure on the phone each day. I've stumbled upon mentions of my employer on this site and thought I'd delve into what’s being said. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting a parade of compliments when I searched for our number, but some of the comments are rather amusing. The company I’m with, DreamLeads, operates under the umbrella of iSmart Solutions. I assure you, we’re absolutely not a scam-rest assured, we never request credit card information. Our calls are made via an internet dialler, and many of your numbers are readily accessible online. I’ve created an email account for anyone wishing to reach out about how we manage our PPI claims, if you’re struggling to remove your details from our database, or have any inquiries concerning PPI. I promise to respond to each email personally. Please feel free to get in touch at [email protected]. I assure you, all communications will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Cheers for your attention, That PPI Guy.

Hi all, I’m one of the people who answers calls on the receiving end and, honestly, it’s not easy dealing with the abuse from some callers. I saw my company’s name pop up a few times here and thought I’d have a nosy to see what’s being said. I wasn’t expecting much good, but I must admit some of the comments gave me a chuckle. The company I work with, DreamLeads, does work on behalf of iSmart Solutions. We definitely aren’t a scam - for starters, we’d never ask for your credit card details. Our calls are made through an internet dialler and most of your phone numbers are public info found online. I’ve set up an email if anyone wants to get in touch about how we manage PPI claims, or if you’re trying to be removed from our list, or just have general questions about PPI. I’ll personally get back to every message, and all your info will be kept private. Drop me a line at [email protected]. Thanks for reading, That PPI Guy.

I get calls from them twice daily, always just a recorded message about some PPI thing on my voicemail. If I pick up they just play the same message again. All I want is to chat with mates, not deal with these daft companies that can’t be bothered speaking face-to-face and leave some robotic recording instead. Proper annoying!

Got a voicemail from a woman as usual saying I’m entitled to a refund from my bank. Seems like one of those typical automated calls.

Several companies keep ringing me daily, all saying they're from Solutions.com, trying to get me to make a claim for PPI. Seems like they’re just after a quick payout.
