I rang my elderly dad earlier, and some blokes told him they'd send a gadget to connect to his phone that supposedly blocks unwanted calls, promising it would arrive in five days. Of course, it hasn’t shown up. Unfortunately, he ended up sharing his card details, and they've swiped £49.99 from his account. Whenever he tries calling the number back, it’s perpetually busy. I’ve advised him to reach out to the bank to cancel his card, ensuring that no further funds can be drained from this dodgy company.

I keep getting calls from this number, despite having told them numerous times that the person they're looking for isn't associated with my mobile. It's quite frustrating, to say the least!
