So, there I was, getting a call where someone claimed to be from O2, trying to lure me in with a cheeky 30% discount on my plan. The kicker? I'm not even with them! Naturally, I decided to humour them a bit. They then fired off a couple of text messages, one of which included a dodgy link. I played the game for a while, but eventually, I laid it out for them, telling them precisely what I think about their underhanded tactics. I wouldn't be surprised if that link was just a ploy to snatch up bank details or something equally nefarious!

It appears that these fraudsters are zeroing in on Apple users in an effort to pilfer their ID information. I received a message claiming that my Apple Wallet had been frozen because of some dodgy activity. Quite frankly, that’s laughable, as I don't even possess an Apple Wallet!
