This ain’t the first occasion they’ve called us. They rang up and asked for someone, so I told them she wasn’t available right now and asked who was calling. It was a simple question said calmly, but then the line just went dead on their side. You’d think they’d have the manners to say something like, ‘okay, we’ll try again later’ or something, but nope. Happened more than once, honestly.
