This bloke was going on about losing money on stocks, but I’ve never put a penny in the market myself. When I told him to stop calling, cos I knew it was bogus, he got all shouty. Had an African accent, by the way. He even told me to shut up and pay attention! Then he just hung up when I wasn’t playing along. Totally feels like a scam, so don’t bother answering or calling back.

I've just had a rather dubious phone call that I suspect might be a scam. They were pushing me to download Anydesk, claiming it was essential for some sort of support, but I quickly realised it was a ploy to gain access to my device and possibly fleece me. Stay vigilant, folks!

Got a call from a number I didn’t recognise, probably one of those sales pitches. Definitely sounded a bit fishy to me.

someone called asking about getting money back on my amazon business account, tried talking like yoda to throw them off. they rang again after that. ended up blocking the number.

They told me they were looking into some trade losses and said I could get a refund. Then, they wanted me to let them control my computer using anydesk, claiming it was the only way to assist me. I quickly called them out as a fraud and hung up straight away.

So this guy rang me up asking if I’d put money into some scheme. I asked him where he was calling from and he said London. But then I noticed the number showed up as being from Northern Ireland. When I pointed that out and asked why, he sounded like a black bloke and didn’t have a good answer. I told him he was using a fake number and ended the call. Definitely a scam, watch out!

This caller had a really dodgy accent and terrible English - totally sounded like a scam. Even after I hung up, they rang straight back. Avoid!
