Got a call from some right dodgy number, seemed like a total con job to me. Definitely a scam, stay clear folks!

Honestly, I feel like there should be some kinda law in place to stop this kind of misuse and hold people responsible in the eyes of the law.

i reckon this is one of those call centres working for loads of different businesses, using tons of numbers to ring you up. you’ll get all sorts, from pushy sales to outright scams. best to be super cautious and never share any personal info. if you can, just let your answerphone take the call. even if you say a quick hello, they tend to hang up right away. if it’s something genuine and not a dodgy sales call, they’ll probably leave a message or stay on the line long enough for you to decide if it’s legit.

I'm quite baffled as to where this information came from, as I can't recall ever having television insurance, let alone seeing it drop from £7 to £5. I've been trying to get clarity on our banking arrangements and which cards we're currently using. I've actually called twice this week trying to sort things out. It’s all a bit puzzling, really!
