got a call from a number listed as bt call guardian but no one said who they were, felt dodgy so probs a scam or telemarketer. ive gone ahead and blocked them now.

Beware, this is a dangerous scam by hackers. They want you to turn on your computer and go through steps they say will make it faster. In reality, they're stealing all your personal info, bank details and stuff. I managed to keep the caller chatting for about 15 minutes today just to waste his time and stop him from hitting someone else. Just don’t ever open your laptop or PC when they’re on the phone with you, it’s a trick to grab your data. Stay safe and don’t fall for this rubbish!

this bloke called himself neil and asked if my computer was acting up. i told him nope, it wasn’t, then he just ended the call.

I've been getting calls from this number loads the past few weeks, and even twice earlier today. When I pick up, there's just a weird buzzing sound, so I'm pretty sure it's some kind of autodialler. I know these are probably those payment card scammers, so I just mess about with them to waste their time and maybe throw them off.
