Got a bloke with an English name but a clear Indian accent, said he was from BT or Openreach or summat, said my broadband upgrade was mucking about with my router. I let him talk for a bit, even let him try to explain on my PC. Was all quite civil until I hit him with some colourful language and told him I was keen to get it on with his mum. Then suddenly he just puts the phone down. Didn't expect that at all! Proper rude if you ask me.
