So I got a call from this lovely lady with an Indian accent saying she was from BT tech support. She told me my internet was gonna cut out in 3 hours. I was like, alright then, finally some good news! I used to get disconnected like every 20 minutes. Well, she said BT’s sorted the issue now. Bit surprising but hey, cheers for the update. I just said thanks and hung up!

this lady called me and was struggling with her english, said she was from bt. ended the call as soon as i told her i wasnt getting what she was trying to say.

Got a bloke on the phone claiming he was from BT, ringing from 02492736476. He said they were going to cut my broadband off for 15 minutes because of some dodgy activity they’d spotted. I just hung up and tried dialing the number back, but the phone said it wasn't a valid number. Total scam, and they’ve kept ringing since, but I’m not answering again.

i got a call from a woman with a really thick indian accent claiming to be rosie from bt. she said because i’ve been a customer for ages i could get 35% off my landline bill. but she wanted to know all the details of my calls first. when i told her bt should already have that info she just started swearing and then suddenly ended the call!
