I received a rather curious call from someone named Lee, who was inquiring whether I had any means of reaching the former occupant of the residence next door. When I probed about how he acquired my number, he was rather evasive, simply stating it was sourced 'from the directory'. I've raised a formal complaint regarding this call with Ofcom as well as the Information Commissioner's Office. They've suggested I submit a written grievance to the Data Protection Manager at Apex Credit Solutions, highlighting the questionable tactics their call centre staff seem to be employing in trying to locate their debtors. It’s frustrating having to take these measures, but it’s essential that we all stand up against the misuse of our personal information.

I’m utterly irritated that this debt collection agency is bothering one of my neighbours. This isn't my responsibility, so I would appreciate it if they could cease their communications immediately. There's already so much distress in the nation without adding to it.

They’ve rebranded to A D S now. When they ring, they’ll try to address you using your first name and will subsequently seek to verify your entire name. Just a heads up, they’re operating as a debt recovery agency.

I received an unexpected call at home from a lady named Sarah, who was inquiring about my neighbour-someone I've never even met!
