I’ve just received a call from them myself, and it was precisely the same situation.

I’ve encountered Apex Credit Management, and honestly, they’re just a right nuisance! They keep hounding us over a £600 debt that has no relevance to them at all. It’s utterly vexing! We’ve opted to disregard their calls now; they’re just tedious. Instead, we’re managing our repayments through CCCS, and thankfully, they’re a breath of fresh air-no hassle whatsoever!

These individuals have been bombarding both our mobile and home phones a minimum of three or four times each day, all regarding a minor debt with Lloyds, which we had previously entrusted to a debt management company. Their constant calls are utterly unwarranted and none of their business whatsoever. The moment we spot this particular number, we refuse to respond. It's quite clear they're trying to hound us into submission. We suspect that Lloyds may have possibly offloaded our debt to these folks, but I’m not entirely certain about that yet. Whatever you do, don’t let them wear you down!

Indeed, it appears to be Apex Credit Management. They have a rather annoying habit of calling at 8:10 in the morning. My advice? Just let the phone ring; they'll tire themselves out eventually. Best, Basil.

It's that pesky Apex Credit Management again, constantly hounding me! They're after £600 for something that's completely unrelated to them. Honestly, it's become such a bother that I've taken to simply ignoring their calls. They've become rather tiresome. I'm happily managing my payments through CCCS, as they don’t trouble me at all. Honestly, it’s such a relief!
