Apex are an absolute nuisance and exceedingly relentless. We've got a direct debit arrangement in place with them due to a debt owed to NatWest. Prior to establishing this direct debit, they were ringing us an astonishing seven or eight times daily! Eventually, we had to threaten them with legal action under the harassment laws, as we’ve been dealing with stress on the advice of the Citizens Advice Bureau. Thankfully, that did the trick. If you're in a similar predicament, I highly recommend contacting your local CAB; those persistent callers will soon give up.

I can't seem to shake off these incessant callers! We've sorted out an arrangement with them, with regular payments going out via Direct Debit, yet they still bombard us daily, pestering us to up our contributions and insisting on 'reviews'. It's honestly infuriating; I'm ready to hurl my phone at the wall in frustration!

I've received calls from a number that's exactly the same as mine and it appears to be linked to Apex Credit Management. We’ve got a debt with RBS due to our Mint card, but we’re not keen on settling that just yet since there’s a significant amount owed to us in PPI and fees that they haven’t sorted out. These people seem to think it's fine to ring us at any time of the day - even on the weekends! But for the moment, we’re just ignoring their calls until RBS decides to respond to our enquiries.
