Goodness, I was quite frustrated with the service I received. The chap couldn’t even provide me with straightforward details like my IP address! Every time I tried to dig deeper with my questions about my computer, he just seemed to lose interest and ended the call abruptly. Quite disappointing, really.

However, when I inquired about what specific information he wanted me to find, his response was rather vague-he simply asked me to describe what was displayed on my screen. I insisted that he should clarify what I should look for first, to which he countered with whether I wanted my computer repaired. I then pressed him on how he was even aware that my computer had issues, and just like that, he abruptly hung up on me! 🙂

When I rang M&S Bank myself, they said they do run phone surveys occasionally but weren’t sure if these calls were legit. They thanked me for flagging it up and for not sharing any personal details with the caller.
