Not sure what it was about but they just called and stayed silent the whole time. Proper creepy. I wonder how phone providers let this happen, allowing strangers to use UK numbers and trick us into thinking it's a local call. Most of the time, these end up being dodgy call centres overseas pulling scams. It's really the fault of the telecom firms for letting this get out of control.
