Then, shockingly, he went on to mention a completely wrong name and address, rattling off personal details that belong to someone else, not me. I pointed out that what they’re doing is against GDPR rules, and he just shouted abuse and said I was making it all up. Honestly, this has scam written all over it.

Could hear loads of voices in the background like a call centre. But they didn’t bother to do that. So I just blocked the number straight away.
