Have you actually been involved in one? I got a call last year saying I’d been in an accident, but I hadn’t! I’m 66 and have heart problems, so it really upset me. This kind of marketing is awful - made me feel like I’d been falsely reported or something. Proper bad taste, if you ask me.

I keep getting these voicemails from something called Credit Advantage. It says the call’s from them, but I’m not sure if they’re actually a real company. We never asked for any calls, but they still leave messages nearly every day. It’s a bit annoying really.
