Got a call from an Indian guy, asking if I knew a Mr Williams because he claimed someone had bought an iPhone 11 using my bank info. Then he wanted me to sign into Amazon Prime and punch in some numbers while he read them out. I was just messing about, not going along with it at all. You could tell he was getting proper annoyed with me by the end! Haha.

Someone phoned me saying they were from Amazon, claiming I'd bought an iPhone costing £949. Sadly, I got scammed and lost £2500, which was all my savings. They were really aggressive, shouting at me when I questioned them. It was a really tough day anyway - it was the anniversary of my late husband's passing, and I’d just been discharged from hospital after a major operation. I was still on morphine for the pain and wasn’t thinking straight. I feel so upset and annoyed with myself, and I’m too ashamed to tell my kids about it. Please watch out and be cautious.

Plenty of other websites flag this number and others like it as scammers. There’s loads of similar ones out there. The telecom industry really needs some serious regulation from the government to crack down on this. It’s nuts how these companies actually benefit when scammers blast out thousands of calls. I've had a curious experience lately. Someone rang me up, clearly aware of not just my phone number but also my address, yet they were rather tight-lipped about their identity. Quite puzzling, to say the least!

I've had a right nuisance today with three missed calls from this number, yet no voicemail left. On top of that, I've encountered four more calls from other similar digits, all silent as the grave. It surely reeks of spam or some sort of harassment, likely the same dodgy mob behind it all.
