Beware, this is definitely a scam. He claimed to have a one-bedroom flat available for rent and asked me to pay £400 in advance so his solicitor could prepare the contract. After I sent the money, he just blocked me and disappeared.

Watch out, this number is dodgy! They ring up saying they’ve got flats for rent, asking you to send a deposit, but the paperwork they give isn’t genuine at all. Definitely a scam, so don’t trust it.
