Hello there! I organised a carpet cleaning service for my mum at the £8.99 rate. The cleaner turned up ahead of schedule and completed the job before we got there. They ended up charging us for a '123 deep clean' which we hadn’t agreed to. After several calls to the 'Manager' and then the 'Director', we eventually caved and paid £60. My mum, being elderly, was a bit bewildered by it all. We now feel embarrassed and that we’ve been taken advantage of by this company. I would certainly advise anyone to steer clear of them.

Indeed, we initially signed up for the £8.99 deal, but the technician who came to our home provided a comprehensive explanation of the various cleaning options available, and we decided to go for their thorough deep clean. While it set us back far more than the original £8.99, we are absolutely blown away by the outcome; our carpets look as good as new! A massive thank you to Enterprise!
