Today I got a ring from this number claiming to be from HSBC. The person on the line said there was a £357 purchase at IKEA showing up on my credit card, and asked me to confirm if I'd made it. They then sent me a text and told me to click a link in the message if I didn’t recognise the charge. The text looked like it was from HSBC as well. I just ended the call and blocked the number straight away.
