i kept getting calls from a silent number on my iphone so i just ended up blocking it now.

i keep getting calls from someone claiming to be amazon. it's this robotic voice, takes a second before it starts talking. they usually ask something about your amazon account and then tell you to talk to a ‘manager’. i just hang up right away. had loads of these calls in the past few months, really annoying. so now i've blocked the number. also, if the caller ID is ‘withheld’, i never pick up.

Got a robo call supposedly from Amazon Prime about my subscription. I know Amazon wouldn’t bother calling like that. They wanted me to press 1 to speak to someone to update the subscription. Totally fishy, definitely a scam.

Got a robo call claiming it was Amazon saying they took £99 from my Amazon Prime account - problem is, I don’t even have one! Hung up straight away. Even if I did have Prime, I’d never give out my landline number or do any payments over the phone. Total scam, stay clear.
