They kept saying they were with BT one minute then Openreach the next. Thing is, we dont even have fibre broadband at our place! They just wouldnt listen. Hopefully they try their tricks on someone less clued up next time. Proper dodgy scammers, watch out!

I got a call from someone claiming to be with BT, saying our internet speed wasn’t up to the mark. When I asked them to prove who they were, they just ended the call straight away.
