This number has rung me up about six times today, supposedly from a "web development" firm, trying to reach the previous owner of my number who’s actually passed away. I told them straight that I knew it was a scam and that what they’re doing is illegal, plus the person they’re after isn’t alive anymore. Yet, they kept ringing me back another five times! Absolutely ridiculous.

I got a call off someone claiming to be from “accidental services.” I told them right away that I’m on the TPS list, so they shouldn’t be ringing me. They got a bit pushy when I asked to be taken off their contact list, then weirdly started asking for cash to remove my number! I just ended the call, but honestly, it’s worrying thinking about how some people might fall for that rubbish, especially those who aren’t as careful.

Got a call from someone called "chris" who had a really thick foreign accent, said he was conducting a survey. He kept asking if I'd ever had any accidents, but I told him that was none of his business. He didn’t give up though and said I could get loads of compensation if I had. I told him I knew it was a scam and then the call just ended. Honestly, these calls are really distressing, especially for us older folks. Wish there was a way to block them for good.

i got a call on my landline from some voip number, the connection was awful and the person spoke with a strange accent. they said they were from the belfast citizens advice bureau, but when i asked to speak to their manager, the woman who came on said she was with accident claims direct, which felt dodgy too. honestly, it just seemed like the usual scam trying to trick me with fake accident stories.
