Got a call from a guy with a pretty strong foreign accent saying he was from BT. He told me there were some error messages linked to my internet and said he could fix it by guiding me through some steps. Thing is, I don’t even have a BT account. When I started asking him questions, he suddenly just ended the call.

Got a strange call from some bloke with an Indian accent, sounded like one of those common call centre scams. He claimed to be from BT and said there was an issue with my internet. Since I don't even use BT, I just told him to jog on.

Just like others have said here, a bloke phoned me saying there was something wrong with my BT router. When I questioned why he was bothering me with a spam call, he got really nasty, rude and threatening. He told me he “wasn’t my mate” and threatened to call me “hundreds of times a day, even in the middle of the night.” I told him I was recording the call and would report him, then he hung up on me. Honestly, don’t answer if this number pops up!

Today I got a call from a bloke who sounded Indian, going by the name Roger, saying he was with BT. I just ended it straight away. Then he phoned me back, all annoyed asking, "Who told you to end the call?" I cut him off once more and have since blocked that number.
