Got a call from 020 8954 4357 and straight away I was wary cause they started with “hello ma’am, how are you today?” without saying who they were. I asked a few times where exactly they were calling from. Her accent was pretty thick Indian, I had to ask 3 times before I caught something about “pe world” or similar. After that, she muttered something else I couldn’t make out at all. Ended up hanging up and blocked the number right away.

I asked them nicely to take my details off their database, but they turned really nasty. They started questioning if I was actually a mechanic and what I'd do if the car broke down. I said I am one and that I’d sort it myself. Then they got all patronising, doubting me and even calling me a fibber. It was so frustrating!
