Got a ring from this number, and the person said they were from O2. Honestly, sounded like a dodgy call centre from India, maybe Kolkata or somewhere like that, using a UK number to seem legit. They tried to get me to click on a link they'd send by text or email to take control of my phone - total trap! Don’t be fooled like I nearly was. Big firms like O2 don’t usually ring you up out of the blue like this. Stay sharp!
