Someone called saying they were from BT Broadband, asking me to switch my computer on. I told them I was busy and just hung up. They called me right back saying they were going to cut off my broadband. I replied okay and hung up once more.

I got a call and the bloke was just giggling over the phone before I even picked up my voicemail. When I finally answered, he said it was BT, and I said yeah. Then he just sniggered and hung up right away. What a muppet. I’d say don’t bother picking up if that number rings you.
