The call was really scratchy and all I caught was someone saying they were from Sky. When I told her I couldn’t hear properly because of the awful connection and asked her not to ring me anymore, she actually shouted back at me! Totally cheeky.

I got a call from some bloke who said he was with Microsoft’s tech support. He told me there was a hacker on my computer and said he could fix it for me by connecting remotely. The English was pretty dodgy, sounded just like a call centre somewhere abroad.
