Got a call supposedly from BT, but the bloke had a really strong Indian accent and kept calling me ‘mam’ over and over. He was insisting my phone had been hacked. When I tried asking him some questions, he got all annoyed and even called me stupid! Definitely not what I’d call good customer service.
