Received a call from them earlier today regarding reclaiming some bank charges, but I'm feeling quite wary. If anyone has any insights or experiences to share about this lot, that would be much appreciated!

I can confirm that the details these individuals provided were authentic, and the address checked out too. However, they consistently asked for a sum of £3000, along with the requirement to purchase a £300 voucher. I've tried reaching them multiple times, and it's quite odd because you can hear other phone calls ringing in the background. It would be wise to share this number with all your mates and give them a call as many times as possible to help put an end to this nonsense.

Last month, we received a call from them and politely informed them that it wasn't the best moment for a chat. Fast forward to today, they've left us a voicemail claiming to represent the United Kingdom Council and offering a refund, supposedly around the £3000 mark. To be honest, it’s all rather dodgy; who just hands out money like that? Has anyone else had an encounter with these folks?

We've experienced the same thing repeatedly throughout the day. We popped into a paypoint to gather some information, and the lady there mentioned that once you provide that number, those individuals might use it to make online purchases. We're quite certain this is some sort of scam, and we're considering ringing the police about it.

The other day, we received some rings, and today we've been presented with an offer of £3,472. The catch is that we need to pay £342 in advance. This whole situation has raised quite a few red flags for us, so we’re keen to get some proper advice on how to proceed. Any insights on what steps we should take would be greatly appreciated!

I've been approached about reclaiming bank fees, but here's the kicker - I've never even submitted an application! They told me to purchase a cash voucher for £375, promising that once I provided a verification number, a cheque would follow. One of the people involved is called Jack Dawson. It just seems a bit off to have to pay up-front for money that’s rightfully mine, especially when I didn't initiate this whole process at all. What's going on here?

If you happen to receive a call from this number, do yourself a favour and tell them where to go! It’s nothing short of a complete scam! Just steer clear!

I received two calls recently - the first one was regarding a cash voucher worth £500, and the second was about a £100 voucher, supposedly to cover some bank charges. The thing is, I've never incurred any bank charges in my life, so I can’t fathom why the bank would owe me £3,800 in the first place! It's all very puzzling.

Becky, this is nothing but a right scam! Just steer clear of their calls. I reckon I ought to report it to the authorities.

Received a rather suspicious call earlier today, claiming to be from a council in the UK, backed by government support. They mentioned providing £3,000 to cover bank charges, conditional on purchasing a voucher worth around £300. As soon as I asked for more details, the operator directed me to a website named penaltycharges. It definitely seems a bit dodgy and far-fetched, doesn’t it?

I received a refund of £3,000 into my account, but they decided to deduct a 10% processing fee. Something to do with an ATM was mentioned in the mix as well!

We're a bit suspicious about being asked to pay upfront for a United Kingdom voucher - seems rather dodgy, if you ask me. Is there any truth behind this?

I received a call from these individuals earlier today, and they quoted an entirely different name and address than my own. They seemed quite keen on obtaining my actual details. It feels like an age-old scam, so I urge everyone to be wary and not fall for such tricks.

We recently had a conversation with a chap named Eric, followed by another gent called Peter, and a rather rude woman with an unusual accent. They all insisted that we visit a pay point to acquire a UKCASH voucher and then contact them at this number to provide the PIN for said voucher. They mentioned that a courier would be dispatched to deliver a cash sum. It seemed all rather dodgy, especially considering the potential for illegal bank charges. Peter just phoned us again, sounding quite irate about our hesitance to visit the cash paypoint. Has anyone had any dealings with this company or knows anything about them?

Hi there! I received yet another call on my phone and it’s the same old story about needing to pay £3,000 in bank charges. They wanted me to buy a voucher worth £300 and then give them a ring, claiming they'd send someone over in just 45 seconds to hand over my cash. I've already reported this to the police, sharing all the details, and it looks like it’s a massive scam! It's really frustrating that these crooks keep trying to take advantage of people. The police are also reaching out to Trading Standards about this.
