Received yet another call today, this time from a chap with an Indian accent claiming to represent the tech team at Microsoft. This marks the third time I’ve been troubled by such calls, all from various numbers. I simply ended the conversation without engaging. It’s rather frustrating considering I’m already on the Telephone Preference Service list, yet these persistent callers still seem to find their way through.

I received a call from this number earlier today, but by the time I reached for my phone, it had already disconnected.

They rang me like 6 times today, and each time I picked up, they wanted to ask all sorts of questions - first thing, they needed to check my address. I just hung up straight away without saying anything. But honestly, after that many calls, I’m thinking maybe I should carry a whistle and blow it right by their ear next time!

These idiots keep calling me non stop! I’ve been nice, asked them nicely to take me off their list, warned them I’d report to the cops, even said where they could shove the phone! At one point, I had a laugh and chatted to them like Stanley Unwin (look up Unwinese if you don’t know), and once I pretended I was a burglar and not the homeowner. Got a call just now from this number, some bloke named Jason with an Indian accent saying he was from a consumer survey firm. He said he’d only need a minute to ask me some questions. I told him I wasn’t up for it and asked him to take me off their calling list, but he just ended the call straight away. This is the fifth time they’ve tried me today.
