Got a call from someone claiming to be from Sky saying my router had serious problems and a technical manager needed to access it remotely. When I asked why they were ringing me out of nowhere (Sky doesn’t do unexpected calls like that), they just ended the call. The line was terrible and the person on the other end sounded really rattled when I pushed back.
