We've been receiving calls at the office from this number incessantly, several times a day. The voice on the line claims to be from BSL or maybe CSl-something of that nature. It always goes like this: 'If you're (name), press 1.' So I did press 1, and they proceeded to tell me I’d be connected to an operator. It’s baffling because we’ve never shared our work number with anyone; the only instances it appears are on our CVs and job applications. How these folks obtained our number remains a complete mystery to me!

I keep receiving calls from this number multiple times a day, even though I'm on the telephone preference service. Most of the time, it's an automated voice asking if I'm "the occupier" and instructing me to press one if that’s the case; other times, it’s just dead air. I'm really fed up with it, so I've lodged a complaint with Ofcom today. I'll keep you all updated if there are any developments!

This number calls our office multiple times a day. It claims to be from BSL or something similar, and a robotic voice instructs you to press 1 if you're the person they're looking for. Once you do, you're supposedly connected to an operator. It's a mystery how they've obtained our work number, as we never share it with anyone. The only instances it appears are on our CVs and job applications. It's baffling!

This number just gave us a bell, but we chose not to pick up. We reckon we recognise it and suspect that they’ve attempted to contact us previously. Does anyone have any information on who might be behind this call?

Today, this number has called us thrice, each time showing the international code 0044, indicating that it’s coming from outside the UK. Upon answering, we were greeted by a mechanised voice prompting, “If you’re (my name), press 1.” Naturally, we pressed 1, but after hanging on for over three minutes without any response, we decided to end the call. It’s quite disconcerting, particularly after learning that responding to such messages might connect you with premium-rate lines, potentially costing as much as £20 a minute! One can only hope this isn’t some elaborate scam.

I've been getting these calls as well for the past few weeks. It really makes you think, doesn’t it? If someone truly needed to speak with us, wouldn't they pick up the phone themselves? None of this feels quite right to us. Legitimate organisations like the tax office or our bank would reach out in a straightforward manner. It's rather suspicious, to be honest. I can’t help but suspect these callers are trying to coax us into doing something-perhaps they're making a pretty penny on the side from this sort of thing. It puts you on edge, to say the least!

We've been getting calls from that number twice daily without fail. Each time it's a pre-recorded message asking for someone who doesn’t reside here. They seem to want us to return their call. I'm left wondering if this lot is a genuine business or just another scam. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

This number has been ringing us twice daily without fail. Each time, it’s an automated message seeking someone by a name that definitely isn’t ours. They even request a return call. I’m curious, are these folks actually a legitimate business?

We've been receiving calls from this number incessantly at the office, ringing us several times a day. They mention something along the lines of BSL or CSI in a robotic voice that starts with: "If you (your name), please press 1." Once you do, they claim they'll connect you to an operator. It's odd because we never disclose our work number to anyone; the only source that isn’t found on our CV or application forms seems to be them. It’s truly baffling how they managed to obtain it!
