I just received an automated call urging me to return a ring to this number. I suspect it’s a dodgy operation, honestly. If they were on the up and up, they’d likely make a genuine call rather than relying on a recorded message to get me to call back. Seems rather shady, if you ask me!

What was the purpose of your call?

I've received no fewer than six calls from someone named James, and honestly, I haven't the foggiest idea who he is or what he wants! It's absolutely infuriating!

Received the same message as James, along with the reference number. Quite peculiar, don’t you think?

It kind of adds up if it’s from Capital One, seeing as that’s pertinent, innit? But crikey, I just received a voice message earlier today, and blimey, it was far from polished! An absurd pre-recorded voice blaring, “I want to talk to you today”! And to top it all off, they kept calling me "Am" instead of "Sam"! What a load of nonsense! What a bunch of clowns!

I had a conversation with James earlier and was hoping to chat with you today as well. I received a call from the same number, and it was from a rather pushy woman who refused to share her name or the company she was calling from. Instead, she insisted on getting our date of birth and postcode. Quite rudely, she hung up on us before we could get any clarity.

Just got a call from this number and when I phoned them back, they asked for my date of birth! I told them I had no idea who they are and that there was absolutely no chance I’d share my personal info without knowing exactly who I’m dealing with. They then suggested we might as well end the call!

I’ve received messages from someone named James along with a reference number, and it all just feels a bit off to me.

It certainly makes sense if the call is from Capital One, as that’s pertinent information. But I just received a voice message earlier today and, blimey, it came across as utterly unprofessional! The recorded voice was quite ridiculous, aggressively declaring, “I want to talk to you today.” To top it all off, they called me “Ma” instead of “Sam,” which really didn’t do them any favours. What a bunch of clowns!

From the very beginning, we had a sneaking suspicion this was a scam aimed at collecting your details to sell to other firms. Given that CSL is linked with Capital One, we've had no transactions with them whatsoever-truth be told, our application for a card was turned down! Moreover, if these folks are indeed a debt collection agency, they ought to already have your date of birth and other essentials. To make things official, they’re required to send a notification by post; without that, any 'debt' cannot be pursued. So, just disregard their antics and consider it one of those trivial irritations that pop up every now and again. 😊

I've been receiving a fair few messages from someone named James, complete with a reference number and a prompt to call a specific number. We haven't gotten around to returning the call yet. It strikes me as rather peculiar that numerous individuals are getting the same texts. Quite strange, if you ask me!

It's just like everyone else, really - it's Jane, and I've got the same reference number as the rest. Quite the coincidence, isn't it?

Received a couple of calls from this number, seemed to be Jane from CSL, as per Tracy Potter's recommendation. She mentioned it would be best to reach out to certain individuals first. I did attempt to make contact, but after that, I urgently needed to follow up regarding reference 80134863. I’ve given it a go, but unfortunately, no one has responded.

This firm goes by the name of Credit Solutions Limited, affiliated with Capital One. They are indeed legitimate, though there are moments when they may come across as less than trustworthy. If you've had a hiccup with your Capital One payments, don't be surprised if you receive a call from them.

I received a call from someone named Jane, who didn't stick around to chat but left a message urging me to make contact. She also included a reference number, yet I'm completely in the dark about who she is or what this is all about.

I've been receiving a barrage of texts and calls from Debitas, but Capital One insists that they're not affiliated with them in any way. They claim that it's actually these persistent folks who are pursuing our account. This situation is quite frustrating, as the numbers keep altering, making it a nightmare to effectively block them.

I received a text from Jane, but it had no context attached to it. Thankfully, we decided to search for the number before simply calling her up.

I received a voicemail from a chap requesting that I get in touch with CSL James at the number 02087634536. They even supplied a reference number, which seems a tad formal. I haven't returned the call yet; I'll just hang about and see if they try to ring me again.
