My 86 year old aunt got a call from these people who obviously knew she was elderly. It really frightened her! Why do they have to bother the elderly like that?

Got a call about insulation and they kept saying we were on Bear Road, which we’re not. They went on for a bit before I just hung up. Then they called again, so we just ended the call and blocked the number. Weird thing is, they keep ringing us and insisting we live on Bear Road, even though they do know our actual name and postcode!

Every time I pick up, they just keep ringing back and sometimes there’s loads of calls at once. Got a few sales pitches from them too. Proper annoying.

They keep ringing up about energy saving and checking my loft insulation, saying I can get a grant or something. I'm fairly content with my current setup! Not really sure if it’s a sales pitch or what. No clue where they found my number. At least they’re nice and hang up when I say no thanks. Still, they keep calling back, which is a bit annoying!

Had a call from someone named Claire, said she was from Energy Guard Insulation. Felt more like a normal sales pitch than a scam to me. Thing is, we're on the TPS list and with all the GDPR stuff about personal data, honestly, we shouldn't really be getting these calls in the first place.

I think it was an estate agent phoning me up. They mentioned my fibreglass roof making my place really sought after. The funny thing is, I live in a ground floor flat in a block, so that made no sense at all.
