The moment I picked up 0208 5899 833, they just hung up straight away. Probably 'cause I sound quite young. Feels like a total scam to me!

there was this bloke who sounded pretty convincing, claiming to be a senior advisor saying that there’s been a change in government rules about loft insulation. he offered a no-cost, half-hour "non-invasive" inspection to see if there was any damp problem up there. apparently, they were all booked up around here but got some cancellations and hoped I’d jump on the chance. i politely said no thanks though.

Lately i've been getting loads of calls from numbers starting with 02085. As soon as I answer, no one talks and they just hang up straight away. They never bother to leave any voicemail either. So, i'm guessing it's either some scam or cold calling. I've just been blocking them as soon as they come through.

I got a call from someone claiming to be with the home eco scheme. When I told them I wasn’t interested, the lady asked me what exactly I wasn’t interested in. I just said none of it and hung up straight away.
