When I’m not in the office, my landline redirects to my mobile, so I end up incurring costs for these unnecessary diversions. I've lodged a complaint on their website and even reached out to them directly to demand they purge my number from their records. According to the Information Commissioner’s Office, they’re prohibited from making automated marketing calls without obtaining my explicit consent-this essentially means they can’t just generate numbers using a computer, and they should be checking against a suppressing list. Quite simply, they’re in violation of the law. I suggest you call 020 8433 4000 and firmly tell them to stop bothering you. Expect a bit of a hassle when they transfer you to a manager, but they will assure you that they’ll remove you from their list. Let them know they’re breaking the law and that you’ve already reported them to the ICO; instruct them to cease all communications immediately. If they persist, make sure to report them again and escalate your complaint on the ICO’s site. Yes, utilise this platform to share your experiences and help others, but please, do make that complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office. A quick online search leads to "Debt Smart Debt Management Solutions with iSmart." It appears that iSmart Solutions are quite focused on helping people recover PPI claims. Suffice it to say, I've categorised this number as a SCAMMER in my phone!

A few weeks back, we received a missed call from these folks, and honestly, I didn’t give it a second thought. Just the other day, they rang again, and once we grasped that the call was of no significance, we were absolutely livid. The chap explained that they use some sort of automated dialing system. I must admit, my response wasn’t exactly polite; I told him in no uncertain terms to never call us again. Now, of course, the baby is wide awake, wailing at the top of their lungs. Honestly, what a bunch of numpties!

I rang 1471 and this number popped up, something along the lines of "Clic Solution." It seems we were charged 13 pence for just a couple of seconds on our bill. That's a bit steep, isn’t it?
