I’ve reached the point where I no longer pick up calls from unknown numbers, I just look them up on Google to see if it’s a scam or cold caller and then block them straight away. Got a call from someone claiming to be Michael from So Energy, said there was some sort of overpayment coz of a price hike and wanted to make sure I hadn’t paid too much. They knew my name and asked if I handled the bills. Never heard of that company before, so I just ended the call.

Someone phoned asking for Mkayla, I said they’d got the wrong number and they immediately asked me who I was. Bit dodgy if you ask me, why bother asking if you’re not after me? I didn’t say anything, just ended the call and jumped online to check if I was right to be suspicious.
