A chap with a South African accent from Accident Management Services rang about a car crash. I’ve just had an accident and my claim is being handled by the Financial Ombudsman. When the guy started asking details that he ought to have already had if he was genuinely from one of the insurers involved, I politely ended the call. After checking out what AMS actually do, I’m convinced I made the right call. I don't think the call was 'Dangerous', so I labelled it as 'Harassing'. Honestly, 'Opportunistic' would be a better fit.
