They said they were from O2 but kept changing their story. The call showed up as 'No Caller ID,' but when I asked for a number to ring back, they gave me one. They did know some bits about my O2 account, but kept pushing me for bank details without a proper excuse. If that was really O2, the caller was really unprofessional, had a thick accent that was hard to get, and the whole thing just didn’t add up.
