I received a call from someone who claimed I was reported for being involved in a car crash over the past year and a half. When I pressed for specifics on the date, he flatly refused, citing the Data Protection Act as his excuse. The chap was quite aggressive and confrontational, incessantly interrupting me while I tried to explain my side. I requested to speak to his supervisor, but he just laughed off my request. I've now blocked his number with BT Call Protect to avoid any further nonsense.
