Got a call where they claimed I'd been in a car crash in the past year and a half, but when I asked for the exact date, they wouldn’t tell me citing some 'Data Protection' reason. The bloke was really pushy and rude, kept interrupting me the whole time. When I asked to speak to his manager, he just laughed and brushed me off. I’ve now blocked the number through my BT Call Protect.

So annoying, they just wouldn't accept a no and kept calling me again and again. Proper rude behaviour.

Somebody rang me saying I'd been in a crash or something, I just ended the call straight away.
