One was a cautionary alert about potential phishing, while the other contained a one-time passcode. The caller insisted she required that passcode to proceed with my discount application. When I pointed out the warning advising against sharing such information-even with O2 personnel-she argued that it was necessary for completing her form. Upon reiterating my concerns, she suggested I could simply visit a store (which seemed odd) since they supposedly had the necessary forms there, before abruptly hanging up.
