I received a call from a fraudster posing as someone from Microsoft. Regrettably, my unsuspecting mother fell victim to their tricks and lost £200 after they managed to infiltrate her computer.

I've been plagued by calls from this number for the past few weeks, and I must admit, I'm rather hesitant to return the call for obvious reasons. They never leave a message, and quite frankly, the persistence of these calls is becoming tedious. I always document any interactions I’ve had, including customer service numbers for orders, but this particular number doesn’t show up on any of my records. I can’t help but think I can’t be the sole recipient of these calls. Any insights or information would be immensely appreciated! Cheers!
