Cheers!9 yearsWorking for Carphone Warehouse, I recently encountered what seemed too good to be genuine-an enticing phone contract offer. I committed fully, laying out £20 upfront for an iPhone X contract on Thursday, 21st September. However, fast forward to today, 25th September, I'm astonished to have received two Samsung S8+ devices instead! After receiving a follow-up call, I was instructed to send the phones back as they were evidently dispatched in error. Curious and a tad frustrated, I inquired about the details of my iPhone X contract along with a receipt for the £20 they’d taken. The response? Return the phones first, and a receipt would be sent via email. So far, I’m holding onto the Samsung smartphones as leverage until I can get my hands on the iPhone X. An Indian woman has been persistently calling me since June, following the conclusion of my previous contract. The calls originate from an 0800 number, verified through a Google search to be associated with Carphone Warehouse. I even reached out to that same 0800 number, and whilst it was indeed Carphone Warehouse, they had no record of any communication made towards me. Quite the perplexing situation I find myself in...Carphone WarehouseSamsungGoogleSubmit Your Own Report (020 8144 4111)
