Just like many others here, this number has phoned me claiming all sorts, tax issues, court summons and whatnot... obviously rubbish. They never even gave a name, just kept naggin. I looked into it and was told to report to www[.]actionfraud[.]police[.]uk/report-fraud-about-you and pick "advance fee fraud" since it’s about trying to scam money out of you. Hopefully this helps anyone else dealing with these dodgy calls.

Definitely a scam. Got a call from this number with a robotic voice saying it was HMRC. I tried ringing them back but no one picked up. So I kept calling them repeatedly, can tell it annoyed them cause they kept dropping the line. Eventually some guy with an Asian accent answered, claimed to be from HMRC, telling me I was involved in a tax fraud case and had issues with taxes from 2012-2016.
