I got a call from this quite annoyed guy, Sam, who said he was with B T Openreach, telling me my internet’s been slow. Honestly, I hadn’t noticed any issues. He wanted me to open my laptop so he could guide me through fixing it. When I told him I was tied up and couldn’t do it then, he muttered something and just abruptly ended the call. I tried ringing him back, but all I got was some weird noise and no answer!
