I attempted to ring them back but kept getting a message saying the number can't be reached.

Yesterday, I got three calls from this number while I wasn’t at home, then one more call later on. When I finally picked up, a woman asked me who I was and why I was calling her. I told her she was the one who called me, but she insisted she hadn’t, and I actually believed her at first. We could both hear other people speaking in the background, which made me think maybe someone at the call centre accidentally linked two people they were ringing at the same time, instead of getting through to us themselves. This same number has rung twice more today while I’ve been out.
