Earlier on, someone rang saying they were from O2. I told them I didn’t have O2 and when they asked which network I was with, I said that was none of their concern. After that, they just hung up on me 🙃

I got a call from an 02 number the other day. Apparently, they ring you if they spot you’ve been using your phone for dodgy stuff like lots of premium lines or naughty websites. It’s some kind of warning from their call centre about how you’re using your phone.

Honestly, how many times do I have to say it? Quit ringing me constantly and remove my number from your list. I’m not daft, I don’t want your rubbish sales offers. I’ve got zero interest in whatever it is you’re selling. Just leave me alone! Maybe try doing something useful instead of pestering people all day!

I've received several phone calls over the past few days from someone pretending to represent O2-specifically on the 25th, 26th, and 27th of July 2023. The caller claims they’re offering a complimentary upgrade and mentioned that I'd receive a text message containing a code to access my account. I made it clear that I was aware it was a scam, but he just wouldn’t let up on his insistence that he was indeed calling from O2.

This particular number is linked to a telecommunications con. I fell victim to a cunning ruse that involved a seemingly harmless adjustment to my O2 agreement. Little did I know they were cleverly enrolling me into a brand new, rather pricey contract for an Apple iPhone 14. Their scheme included reaching out to me once I'd taken delivery of the device, only to claim they had mistakenly sent the incorrect phone and would request its return. Thankfully, it appears I caught wind of their dodgy tactics before they could execute their plan, as they ceased all communication. I noticed they had called me from four different numbers throughout the ordeal.

That number is linked to a telecommunications con. I was duped into altering my O2 agreement slightly, only to find they were secretly enrolling me in a costly new contract for an Apple iPhone 14. Their cunning plan was to reach out once the phone arrived, claiming it had been sent in error, and would I please send it back? However, they cottoned on that I was onto their ruse and promptly ceased all communication. It’s worth noting that they used four different numbers to attempt to get in touch with me.
