I didnt answer, but right when my phone rang I got a one-time code from O2. Its a classic con trick, they get you to give them that code, then they hack your account, block you from logging in, order expensive phones like the latest iPhone and then youre stuck with a huge bill, like £1500 or something. Watch out and dont let these scammers trick you!

Absolute scam artists - they claim they're from some "phone company," but they’re totally not. When you call them out, they start throwing swear words around, but if you just laugh it off and chat about your mum's pension or something, they get properly angry and hang up quick.
